Diamond Slice Kitchen Manager

Diamond Slice, a busy pizza restaurant in Nørrebro, is hiring a new kitchen manager.

Duties Include

• Overseeing service and maintaining quality standards.
• Working with FOH to provide the best guest experience possible.
• Controlling in house tickets and online orders.
• Ordering and inventory management.
• Organizing prep.

Duties DO NOT include:

• Hiring, firing and staffing.
• Scheduling.

You have:

• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively in english.
• Two years (absolute minimum) experience working in kitchens.
• Patience and compassion when dealing with guests and fellow employees.
• A joy in being busy.
• A good eye for systems and identifying problems before they become issues.
• The ability to work evenings and weekends.

We provide:

• 185dkk per hour in salary  (30K per month).  170dkk per hour if you don't know how to make pizza.  We can teach you and then give you a raise when you're proficient.
• Every other weekend off.
• Full time hours with the ability for more if you like.
