Digital Advocate - Benefit Cosmetics Nordics
Position
Reporting to the Marketing & Digital Manager, the Digital Advocate will oversee all digital, social media, and influencer activities for the brand in the Nordic market. Key responsibilities include:
Build and develop brand awareness across all social media channels, and brand activations by collaborating with the Marketing Manager and the Digital Media Manager based in Paris.
Maintain strong relationships with influencers and creators on TikTok and Instagram ensuring content creation, send out and social media strategies are implemented.
Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing, focusing on owned social media, paid media, and influencer activities.
Create engaging content on regular basis to promote the brand, products, and services according to the marketing calendar, targeting the Nordic audience and generating sales on partner sites.
Job responsibilities
Engage with followers and our community on TikTok and Instagram (Meta), growing social audiences and engagement.
Manage all social media platforms from content creation, planning, and copywriting to publishing using tools like Buffer.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand's DNA to achieve both local and global goals.
Manage social contests monthly, including coordination and legal compliance, and identify partners to amplify reach.
Develop and maintain relationships with top influencers, niche creators, and social personalities to increase brand awareness and visibility on social media.
Collaborate with influencers on contests and co-created content to reach new audiences.
Conduct regular product and press release sends to social media partners and influencers, ensuring the send-out strategy is executed on time in collaboration with the agency.
Organize and animate influencer events.
Schedule media campaigns to promote brand awareness using META and TikTok Business Center.
Monitor digital content to ensure it aligns with brand and strategic objectives.
Hands-on execution of send-outs for each new launch.
Create and manage content independently, ensuring attention to detail and organizational skills.
Engage directly with social media followers and influencers to foster community and brand loyalty.
Profile
Job based in Copenhagen
ASAP – permanent position
Fluency in Danish and English languages are a mandatory requirement (additional Nordic languages are a plus)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Web Marketing with significant digital experience (at least 4/5 years’ previous experience)
Passionate user of social media & digital technologies; knowledge of social media best practices (hashtags, tracked links, etc.)
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, excellent writing & grammar skills with a high attention to detail & quality
Proactivity and good negotiation skills
Strong organization skills; self-directed and works effectively in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects
Public relations experience is a plus
Technology & Software Knowledge:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Google Docs, Adobe Pac, META, Tiktok Business Center
Knowledge of analytics platforms such as Facebook Insights and Google Analytics
