Digital Brand Consultant and Business Developer

Within the Digital Brand department, we work with our clients’ digital assets, helping them understand how to best manage, control and protect their brands online. In our daily work, we primarily provide high-level domain name management and online brand protection services.

Since its launch in 2017, the Digital Brand team has been growing continuously, and we are now looking for Digital Brand Consultants to join us in the Øresund Region (based in Copenhagen, Denmark, or Malmö, Sweden), and in Oslo, Norway. In your work, you will also be collaborating with our other teams and colleagues throughout our offices in Scandinavia, Germany, the UK and India.

About the Position

• You will help leading brands develop and protect their digital assets, primarily by providing high-level domain name management and online brand protection consulting services.

• You will have your own portfolio of clients, where your primary task is to care for them, to develop the relationship, and ensure that we provide them with excellent advice and service.

• The role also includes business development and sales of Zacco´s services to new clients.

• A regular working day will involve many client contacts through e-mail and phone, and meetings both online and physically. Some travel is required.

Skills

For the position as a Digital Brand Consultant we are looking for someone with the following qualities, amongst others;

• You are social, structured and determined, with a commercial mind-set and great sense for relationships and customer service.
• You have great communication skills and are capable of expressing yourself professionally in both English and one or several of the Scandinavian languages.
• You are good at prioritizing between assignments and comfortable in taking professional responsibility for your work and delivery.
• You are organised, proactive and have a sense of detail.
• You are good at working independently and as part of a group, and you enjoy taking new initiatives that could benefit the team or the quality of our services.

Preferred experiences

• You have at least some working experience from helping companies with domain name management, online brand protection and/or trademarks; and/or
• You have at least a few years working experience from business development or client management.
• A higher degree of education in e.g. Business or Law is extra beneficial but not a requirement.
