In just three years, we’ve become the world’s most popular open-source ecommerce platform, secured one of Denmark’s largest tech seed rounds, and partnered with enterprises like Heineken, Mitsubishi, and Viessmann.
We’re looking for a Business Analyst interested in working on the intersection between technology and business to support our commercial growth. You will work closely with our co-founder and COO, Nick—an experienced ex-McKinsey consultant—who will mentor you as you navigate this entrepreneurial journey.
On a daily basis, you will work on a wide variety of tasks related to the company's commercial and go-to-market activities — although you do not have to have experience in all these areas before starting. Your tasks will include:
Managing sales metrics and financials overview
Overseeing and optimizing our customer CRM
Support in writing compelling user stories about our customers
Developing investor- and sales-related material
Automate and improve sales workflows
Leading various mini-projects, such as rethinking our partnership program
Given our product’s focus on developers, you’ll also have the opportunity to explore its technical architecture and setup if that interests you.
Ideally, you are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and have experience working at the intersection of technology and business. Additionally, we expect that you:
are analytical with strong problem-solving skills
work structured and independently
are well-organized and punctual
take ownership and is motivated to drive impact
are fluent in verbal and written English communication
Big plus if you:
have experienced software development/computer science
have experience with Excel and Google Sheets
You will gain firsthand insights into the inner workings of a growth-stage startup and the development of its commercial organization.
You will learn extensively about software product development and its application to real-world client challenges.
You will work in a remote-first company with the freedom to operate from anywhere with an internet connection.
You will be part of an international team, collaborating with colleagues from countries like France, Germany, Italy, Brazil, the Netherlands, and more.
You will take ownership of your projects, building valuable professional skills and competencies along the way.
You will be working approximately 15-25 hours per week with flexibility around your studies.
