About the role:
As our new Digital Campaign Manager & Growth Strategist, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our campaigns drive measurable impact. This isn’t just about running ads—it’s about analyzing, optimizing, and continuously finding new ways to help us grow globally.
Tools we use: HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Salesforce
What you will do:
Campaign Management: Together with our SEM consultant, manage and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns to generate quality leads to our sales team.
Email Marketing & Workflows: Build, manage, and optimize automated workflows using HubSpot.
Analytics & Reporting: Track performance, analyze data, and create actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with our broader business goals.
Project and Budget Management: Keep projects on track and budgets working hard to achieve big results, all while meeting business goals.
What you will bring:
The ideal candidate for this role is proactive, results-driven, and thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment. This person takes ownership of projects from strategy through execution and is passionate about digital marketing, continuously driving performance improvement.
Key expertise and skills:
Proven experience in a Digital Campaign Manager or similar role
2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS or health tech environment
Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms, with solid experience using tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Salesforce to manage campaigns and analyze audience insights.
You have worked with target account plans
Bachelor's+ degree in marketing or relevant field
