The position 
As our new colleague, you possess strong communication skills and are interested in helping others.  In return, we guarantee continuous learning, the possibility of a high degree of responsibility, versatile tasks, and a nice and engaging work environment.
Your main responsibilities are included, but not limited to:

• Preparing visual communication products and developing and maintaining our SharePoint sites
• Exploring new technologies and programs to advance communication, collaboration, and workflow internally within the department
• Supporting in planning and executing various internal events and meetings
• Providing various management support related to, among other things, internal wellbeing, communication, and onboarding

The position is approximately 20 hours per week (time and working days are flexible and based on agreement with the team). 

Qualifications
You are a student who is currently studying from various academic backgrounds, such as business administration, HR, communication, engineering, multimedia design, or marketing at the Bachelor’s or Master’s level in their first year. The most important thing is that you are eager to learn, structured, and have a strong digital mindset and communication skills. 
To succeed in this role, you should: 

• Excellent English skills and a flair for translating complex topics into effective communication
• Structured mindset, independence, detail orientation, and ability to maintain an overview and manage concurrent tasks
• Strong graphical skills and a flair for design 
• Fluency in both spoken & written English

Preference (nice to have):

• PowerPoint and image editing experience 
• A digital mindset, experience, or knowledge of UX design and website design

About the department

DMD has over 600 dedicated employees striving to be the best manufacturing development partners of medical devices. Our dedication is to build superior quality in our device products and processes. Our challenge is to execute an increasing portfolio of diverse projects in a complex, international, and highly regulated area. 

Packaging is a global department located in Denmark and anchored at each strategic local site. We design and develop equipment for packaging processes for the devices utilized in our final clinical and commercial products, the finished product.
