We are excited to announce the search for a Digital Growth Manager who can join our Snowminds Team in our office in Copenhagen, Denmark. Founded in 2012, and backed by Rökö since 2023, Snowminds is the world's leading ski instructor training company. You will join an international team of passionate employees who all share a deep passion for skiing and people. As our new Digital Growth Manager, you will play a focal role in our future growth through data-driven insights. You will 

• Be responsible for all digital marketing performance in the Snowminds Group

• Create and manage paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.

• Optimise and manage our leads, tracking, automation, and email marketing

• Control our paid marketing budget and provide reports and insights to the CEO, CFO, and Board

• Build and execute a digital marketing strategy centered around automation and authenticity

You have

• A strong background and proven record with tracking and performance-driven marketing

• Expertise with paid marketing platforms, including Meta, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, etc. 

• Experience building email infrastructure in platforms such as Hubspot or Klavio

• Expertise with Meta CAPI & GA4 serverside tracking, funnel attribution, ROAS optimization, etc

• A passion for skiing with an ambition to “Carve your future” career with Snowminds

• Relevant educational background and exceptional English proficiency. Being fluent in Danish and/or other languages is certainly an advantage.
