Working ideally 16-20 hours per week (out of Copenhagen), you’ll have the chance to learn and grow alongside experienced professionals. Reporting to our Director of Marketing, who has a diverse background spanning startups (barry.energy, electromap.com,...) and corporate environments (L'Oréal, Nokia,...), you’ll be instrumental in managing our CRM system, analysing marketing performance, and enhancing customer engagement strategies, in particular through our website.
Your mission will focus on optimising our use of CRM tool (HubSpot) to enrich customer data, streamline communication, and improve campaign performance. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to execute targeted email campaigns and deliver actionable insights through detailed reports. Additionally, you will contribute to finetuning our analytics framework.
Manage and optimise the CRM system (HubSpot) to enhance customer data and streamline workflows.
Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve marketing efforts.
Deliver reports on key metrics, such as customer engagement and lead conversion, for the management team.
Contribute to email marketing campaigns, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation in line with analytics insights. This includes managing our monthly Newsletter and Product Newsletter
Ensure that we have a steady flow (5/week) of quality posts on our Linkedin Company Page, and analyse our performance on this strategic channel
Assist in organising and analysing data from webinars and exhibitions to drive improvements.
Some experience with CRM systems, especially HubSpot (a strong plus).
Analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive marketing performance. Knowledge of Google Analytics is a must
Attention to detail in managing customer data and generating actionable insights
Some experience with Linkedin, “thought leadership” & “social selling”
Good communication skills, with experience in reporting and presenting data findings
Video, GIF, and animation skills is a strong plus
Fluency in English (Danish not mandatory)
Strong initiative and a passion for sustainability and the Green Transition.
