The Position
As a Digital Process Lead, you will play a key role in driving and managing digital initiatives across our procurement processes, while collaborating with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, implement digital solutions, and ensure seamless integration across systems.

Additionally, you will be responsible for applying automation tools (e.g., RPAs or similar technologies) on Coupa and ensuring that all system integrations and digital projects align with strategic goals, driving value-creation opportunities.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have a relevant bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field, with extensive of experience in procurement, digital transformation, or IT processes.
As a person, you thrive in a dynamic environment and are motivated by the opportunity to drive change and innovation, while being a dedicated team player who can collaborate and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Furthermore, you have ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work collaboratively in a global environment.

Tech Innovation and Projects is a part of the Advanced Technologies area at Novo Nordisk. We drive global digital programs across the procurement value chain, aiming to continually improve and optimize our processes.
