The Position

As a Digitalization Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting an exciting global digitalization program focusing on going paperless, which is rapidly gaining traction within the organization. This position is perfect for recent graduates or individuals looking to transition into the pharmaceutical sector and/or be part of delivering digital solutions. You will work closely with experienced professionals in the digital space, contributing to transformative projects that leverage technology to enhance our operations and better serve our patients. The flexible nature of the role will allow the successful candidate to explore multiple paths and shape the role to fit the candidate’s strengths and interests towards e.g. project management or digital development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support the objectives of the global digitalization program and inform business decision-making.
• Generate reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders involved in digital initiatives.
• Collaborate on various business projects, providing analytical support and documentation that align with the goals of the digitalization efforts.
• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements and processes related to digital applications and tools.
• Support project team with project management tasks, ensuring timely completion of objectives within the digitalization framework.
• Support project team with solution development activities.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by analyzing existing workflows and suggesting enhancements that align with digital transformation goals.
• Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration in advancing our digital agenda.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets relevant to digital initiatives.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, to convey insights effectively to diverse audiences involved in digital projects.
• A curious mindset with a desire to learn and grow within the rapidly evolving healthcare digital landscape.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Familiarity with low/no-code platforms and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills while working under tight deadlines.

About the Department

The Digital Quality and New Technologies team is part of the Integrated Quality (IQ) organization at Novo Nordisk. Our primary objective is to develop and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) that promotes robust business performance and simplifies quality processes. We focus on process digitalization and BI using established and novel technologies.

The team consists of colleagues based in Bagsværd, Denmark, and Bangalore, India. As a member of our team, you will be based in Bagsværd, Denmark, working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
