The position
As a Digitalization Project Manager, you will join a team of 15 that consists of developers, project managers, data scientists etc. The primary task for this position is to be responsible for timely planning and proper execution of projects, which are initiated by the Director, Project Lead, and/or Project Manager in question, based on identified and agreed needs to fulfil objectives on departmental and/or project level(s). The owner of this position should also set direction, develop skills set, coach and work with external vendors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Moreover, you will manage small to mid-size projects containing significant complexity. Most projects are IT related, but you don't have to poses an IT or technical background. Most of the projects you will work on are ongoing, but new ones will also arise.

About the department
Our factory ‘Injectable Finished Products (IFP)’ in Hillerød, also called ‘Factory of the future’, is an ambitious and business-critical area in the entire IFP production network, with approx. 1400 employees. Digitalization works in all areas and departments with many different stakeholders. You can have 2 days working from home, and the job is in Hillerød.
