dimsum chef with at least 10 years experience in Cantonese dimsum

Hidden Dimsum is looking for a new dimsum head chef in our dimsum kitchen. You must have 10 years of experience in preparing dimsum by handcraft, and also can carry out traditional Cantonese dimsum independently as well as leading kitchen assistance. The ideal candidate must have real working experience of dimsum, as well as having a dimsum related education preferably from China. Since most of our kitchen assistants are mandarin speaking, we expect you to be fluent with Chinese. Some of the dishes that we expect you to master:

1) Har gao

2) Siu Mai

3) Char Siu Bao

4) Xiao Long Bao

5) Cheung Feng

The work offered by us is a dimsum head chef in our kitchen on full time of 37 hour / week.
