We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Digital Transformation Director to oversee our digital platforms with a focus on eCommerce and CRM. This role will ensure alignment between IT roadmaps and strategic business plans. Additionally, this individual will lead a team of 5-7 delivery managers, agile coaches, and consultants to ensure the successful execution of IT and technology initiatives.
What you will do
Co-develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.Lead digital transformation initiatives focusing on commercial systems, including digital platforms, eCommerce, POS systems, CRM, and digital services. Oversee the execution of digital transformation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation actions as necessary.Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain a clear and actionable roadmap for digital initiatives. Promote strong collaboration between IT and business units to ensure seamless integration and execution of digital projects.Drive communication to engage leaders and team members through meetings, workshops, and support for various projects during critical phases. Implement change management initiatives to foster a high-performing culture.Manage the budget effectively, ensuring proper resource planning, vendor selection, and contract management.Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing and diverse digital team of 5-7 colleagues.What you bring

Experience
Broad knowledge of relevant technologies and implications in the delivery of IT solutions (e-commerce, CRM) to deliver impactful solutions to meet business requirementsSolid experience in digital program management and ability to mentor, coach, and manage peopleStrong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking, Kanban or other similar project management frameworksPersonal competencies
