Your new role

Ramboll’s company strategy is to become The Partner for Sustainable Change. This means that we help our clients and stakeholders transform towards a more sustainable future and that we aim to have sustainable impact in the areas where we can contribute the most.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Leading a team of five experienced communication and marketing professionals 
• Developing and implement comms and marketing strategy for the two global business areas 
• Marketing of offering in Energy and Consulting building a management consultancy profile 
• Developing thought leadership supporting our company agendas and sector focus 
• Informing company campaigns to drive overall positioning and commercial impact 
• Managing internal communication to leaders and employees in the two global business areas

About you

As our Director for Communications & Marketing, Energy & Management Consulting you will be responsible for driving positioning and marketing of our sustainable offering from our global business areas Energy and Management Consulting representing more than 3,000 experts around the world.

You will have:

• Strong demonstratable experience as a comms and marketing leader in an international company, consultancy or agency 
• Strong functional toolbox ranging from public affairs to marketing and communications 
• Domain expertise within the energy sector and/or experience from management consulting 
• Strategic mindset combined with excellent ability to execute and implement 
• Good stakeholder management capabilities 
• Proficiency in English speaking and writing
