NKT works to connect a greener world as a key enabler of the green transition and electrification of society. As the incoming Director, Head of FP&A, you will work alongside your team, will navigate forecasting processes, provide insights for business cases, and monitor performance outcomes.
Strategic and analytical personality
We invite applications from a forward-thinking and outcomes-oriented professional, to oversee and advance our group-level performance management framework. You will be in charge of monitoring performance outcomes, setting performance standards, and reassessing set procedures to secure ongoing enhancements.
You will oversee solid FP&A processes, including CAPEX forecasting and financial strategy, and act as a key sparring partner for the SVP, Head of Business Finance on group FP&A topics. You will coach and develop a team of FP&A professionals, and facilitate the financial planning processes Budget, Forecasts, Strategic outlook. You also ensure task alignment and priorities across the team. Your responsibilities will include steering initiatives such as establishing quarterly benchmarks, reviewing business lines monthly, and assessing performance. Additionally, you will be the first contact point for Board of Directors material. In this capacity, you will have the opportunity to work alongside NKT's experienced executives across different divisions, cultivating valuable partnerships and gaining a comprehensive grasp of the organization's inner workings.
