If so, we have an exciting job for you! Heading the Finished Goods production unit in a biomarker manufacturing plant, this position comes with a high degree of freedom, influence and development.
About the area: Finished Goods is a key part of the production unit, turning concentrated antibodies into final customer products. It is an impactful department, consisting of two branches counting 55 operators, lab technicians, engineers and managers. Deadlines are key but so is culture and well-being which is embedded in this department, ensuring that all functions work together for the same goal. Under IVDR regulations, this department delivers final reagents to GMP standards in all processes.
Ready-to-use kits are a major part of our product portfolio, containing all ingredients needed for hospitals to get a detailed and accurate diagnosis utilization patient tissue.
About the position: This is a position and a team, that is very visible in the organization. The director of finished goods is responsible for the final step in manufacturing, ensuring we deliver quality products on time. With a high level of transparency, influence, freedom and development opportunities, a large part of this role will also be to own the automation and digitalization strategy of the area, lifting Finished Goods to a whole new level.
