Executive Overview

A strategic leadership position overseeing €200M revenue portfolio with aggressive growth targets. This executive role combines P&L responsibility with technology vision to drive product innovation across our enterprise solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will lead a substantial team (5 direct reports, ~110 indirect) while maintaining hands-on involvement in strategic customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement technology and product strategies aligned with the company’s vision and business objectives.Identify emerging technology trends and assess their potential impact on the company’s products and services.

Product Development: Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards and P/L responsibility.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to gather requirements and feedback.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of consultants, line of business managers, product managers, and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide professional development opportunities.

Technology Management: Oversee the selection and implementation of technology solutions that enhance product functionality and user experience.Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of the company’s technology infrastructure.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the technology and product development budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Monitor expenses and optimize costs without compromising quality.

Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate technology and product strategies to stakeholders, including the executive team, investors, and customers.Customer contact, supporting customer project deliveriesBuild and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry experts.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

Proven executive experience in technology leadership within enterprise IT.

Demonstrated P&L responsibility for high-value product portfolios.

Strategic vision coupled with tactical execution capabilities.

Deep understanding of SAP processes and SAP BTP

Experience with agile methodologies, cloud computing, and data analytics.

Exceptional communication skills appropriate for C-suite interactions

This executive position is based in Denmark with flexible working arrangements available. The role requires strategic travel for key customer and partner engagements throughout the region, balancing on-site presence with remote collaboration opportunities.
