The position
We are looking for an experienced leader who is motivated to shape and assume leadership responsibility for the area; Production Accounting & Compliance in Product Supply, Quality & IT Finance. You will shape and lead a team of approximately 10 colleagues, furthermore setting the direction through a dotted line for approx. 25 colleagues sitting in our Global Business Support unit.
Furthermore, you will be functionally responsible for collaboration, and alignment in the Global PSQIT finance organization within production accounting and costing/full manufacturing cost, financial compliance & business ethics covering approx. 100 people across all PSQIT divisions.
You will set clear directions for this area, build a Center of Excellence within production accounting & Compliance, setting standards, provide advice and guidance to the divisions globally. The area act as point of entry to Corporate Finance, Group Risk & Business Ethics.
You will be expected to develop the global PSQIT Finance functions in line with the Global Finance Strategy with a clear positive impact to ensure that the organization across PSQIT is ready to handle the complex manufacturing setup and strong insights to our costing processes.
Some travelling is required.

About the department
The position reports to the Vice President for Production & Investment Finance, with the department purpose of providing specialist support and guidance to production divisions related to production accounting, compliance and investment finance standards.
You will be a part of the management team who is accountable for managing the following areas: Financial Planning, Insights, Business Intelligence, Strategic Finance & Productivity Insights and Investment, Engineering & Sourcing.
