We are looking for skilled people who are interested in moving to Denmark.
The two-year process of getting a Danish authorization.
You will be offered a fulltime job in a private home working as a disability helper for our clients. You must learn to speak Danish by attending Danish language school two times a week. These classes can also be attended online. There will be a teaching period where you will learn all about the client that you will be working for.
In the job as a disability helper, you will help the person with everything they need to live their lives – you will be their ‘arms and legs’ so to speak. Amongst the tasks are:
· Practical help.
· Personal care.
· Escorting the client out of the house.
Professional experience and qualifications wanted:
· You must have at least 2 years of experience working in homecare
· You must be able to work unassisted and make quick, independent decisions.
· You must be capable with a high level of professionalism.
· You must speak and write fluent English.
Personal qualifications wanted:
In working with the disabled, we put great stock into your ability to take the patient’s perspective, so it is important that you are empathic and kind.
It is important that you are ambitious, curious, and open to new challenges and other ways of thinking and living.
We are looking for team players who are skilled and reliable, but who can also adapt to new situations and changes.
