Are you passionate about technology and excel in providing exceptional in-office support? WTW is seeking a dedicated Dispatch Technician for Onsite Support Services (OSS) to join our Global Service Management team. In this role, you'll ensure seamless technology support within our offices, addressing hardware and software issues that remote teams can't handle, and configuring workspaces to meet our high standards.

Key responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support to colleagues, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and setting up laptops.

Install, configure, and maintain in-office workspaces, printers, and other IT peripherals.

Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate systems and resolve complex technical challenges.

Align service delivery with business requirements and company strategies.

Manage the purchasing, distribution, and stock levels of IT peripherals.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, escalating as necessary to ensure timely solutions.

This position follows a ‘Hub and Spoke’ model, requiring travel to various WTW sites (within the local region) as needed to provide in-office support. Additionally, you will collaborate with third-party vendors to maintain high-quality outcomes and manage the operation of those services.
