emagine is seeking a Dispute and Chargeback Expert for an assignment with our client in the banking sector. This role involves supporting the migration readiness of Fraud Operations for a major project aimed at migrating customers from one bank to another. The objective is to ensure effective and efficient card payment management for both current and new customers.
Purpose of the Job:
As part of a SOLO project, you will:
Drive pre-migration activities related to Fraud Operations to ensure business requirements and operational readiness.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and document dispute and chargeback-related processes.
Support and contribute to quality assurance processes from a dispute and chargeback perspective.

Description of Knowledge and Experience:
Experience:
Payments industry expertise with successful stakeholder management.
Knowledge in cards business, Fraud Operations, and dispute and chargeback processes.
Experience in process outsourcing with a focus on migration activities and customer journeys.
Proven track record of leading activities with multiple stakeholders.
Experience in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholder groups.
Strong employee management and engagement capabilities.
Proficiency in process design and documentation.
Skills:
