About the job
We are currently seeking a DOC/Maintenance Team Coordinator to join our Hardware & Mechanics Team, consisting of 23 dedicated employees. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring efficient task and workflow management, including proper prioritisation of tasks by coordinating the team's activities both internally and with other departments across DEIF.

Additionally, you excel at maintaining a clear overview, even during busy periods, and are skilled at collaborating with colleagues across various teams” explains Senior Manager, Gitte Jespersen.

Working Tasks & Responsibilities

• Ensure that tasks and projects are delivered on time and meet the required quality standards
• Plan and prioritise tasks within the team
• Participate in the daily work as an active member of the team
• Collect necessary information to ensure proper task prioritisation
• Maintain product documentation
• Follow up on daily management actions within the team
• Work with the department manager to implement continuous improvements in quality, productivity, efficiency, and deliverables
• Facilitate strong collaboration with all stakeholders and the team

What you’ll bring

• A relevant background within electronics
• Strong coordination and organisational skills, with a drive to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Experience in collaborating across teams and with multiple stakeholders
• An understanding of ERP systems and their integration with other platforms would be a plus
• A passion for optimising processes and improving workflows
