Could you be the full-time Document Controller in Copenhagen we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous and organized expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll ensure the integrity and accuracy of our documentation, which is vital to our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Engineering, Project Management, and Quality Assurance), manage our digital documents in Alstom Document Management System, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of creating transmittals, updating our internal documentation database, but also managing various document control logs/templates.
We’ll look to you for:
Assisting the Document Control Manager in the day-to-day duties of the project’s document control administration
Verifying the accuracy of metadata and managing digital documents
Ensuring coordination of internal communication and control of document distribution
Processing internal document control requests and retrieving related documents from the databases
Following up on internal review of documents by the teams
Creating placeholders and updating KPI data on a weekly/monthly basis
Preparing documents for submission with a focus on quality and accuracy

Graduated with Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Experience or understanding of document management systems (Aconex, AEC, E-Builder, Unifier, etc.)
Knowledge of Excel skills and management of large volumes of data
Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
A proactive and organized approach to work
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Excellent interpersonal skills to interface with diverse teams
