BioMar is looking for a talented and drivenStrategy & Business DevelopmentAnalystto join our dynamic Strategy, Business Development andM&A team. The ideal candidate possesses strong financial and analytical skills and will be a key contributor for the realisation ofBioMar’s strategy and our ongoingIPO evaluation process.
In this role, you will report to our Vice Presidentfor Strategy, M&A and Business Development and perform high-profiled projects and tasks including:
Comprehensive financial analysis and market research for the department, but also for theIPO evaluation process
Collect and maintaindata, internally and externally, and perform analysis for strategy follow-up, business cases,valuation and various business development projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives and M&A efforts with business goals
Prepare decision making material and reports for senior management and stakeholders
Due diligence on target companies, including financial, operational and ESG/legal aspects.

A Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
+2 years of experience in investment banking, consultancy, PE, or corporate strategy/M&A
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Experience with financial modeling and valuation skills
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in accounting principles and financial statement analysis
Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and financial modeling software.
It would be an advantage if you bring experience from formerIPOs, strategy execution and M&A.
Our office is situated in the heart of Aarhus, Denmark. As we are a global company, travelactivities outside Denmark must be expected.
