Drivers wanted for Hørkram in Sorø

Hørkram is looking for temporary replacement drivers to support its team of approximately 200 internal drivers. The job starts gradually from March and runs through August, with the possibility of a permanent position.
The first period will include training with a colleague to ensure you feel comfortable and confident in your role. You will receive all necessary training on the vehicle, equipment, and routes.
Deliveries from Sorø cover all of Zealand, and depending on your assigned route, your working hours will start between 03:00-05:00 AM. The job runs from Monday to Friday, with some Saturday shifts.

Please note that overtime may occasionally be required.

We expect you to

-    Have the necessary driving licenses, including a category C license and a valid EU driver’s certificate.
-    Preferably have experience as a driver, ideally in distribution.
-     If you lack experience, have the right attitude – Hørkram will provide the necessary training.
-    Always provide excellent customer service.
-     Ensure the correct goods are delivered on time.
-    Maintain good communication with the transport department and your colleagues.
-    Cooperate with other employees to optimize logistics operations.

-    You have a positive attitude and a good sense of humor.
-     You can present a clean criminal record upon hiring.
-    You ensure that daily procedures are followed.
-    You are a morning person.
-    You are comfortable with a job that requires frequent in-and-out movements from the truck throughout the day.
