E-commerce Specialist with Car Knowledge, Passionate About Running a Webshop (Product Employee)

Schmiedmann Odense A/S is looking for a product employee for the creation and purchasing of items for our specialized BMW & MINI parts and accessories website. You will become part of an ambitious product team. Your tasks will include the following:

• Communication with international suppliers
• Creating new products for the company’s website
• Updating existing product data
• Purchasing products/product ranges in collaboration with the company’s director
• Systematizing and optimizing workflows

You will communicate across the entire company, from sales to accounting and management, as well as with our foreign branches. Additionally, you will have daily contact with our suppliers both domestically and internationally. As part of your training, a short stay in the sales department may be considered.

Your Qualifications:

• You have a solid technical knowledge of cars (not necessarily about BMW and MINI; we can teach you that).
• You are meticulous and quality-conscious.
• You are proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• You are an IT user at least at an intermediate level and are relatively quick at typing.
• You are organized, working in a structured manner and scheduling your tasks.
• You possess good business acumen.
• You are flexible and finish your work, even if it takes an extra hour.

Schmiedmann Odense A/S is a 28-year-old company engaged in the international sale of BMW & MINI parts/accessories for passenger cars as well as BMW motorcycles. Schmiedmann consists of 2 Danish and 6 foreign departments, with the Odense department serving as the central warehouse and concept development site for the other departments. We have approximately 30 employees in the Odense department.
