E-commerce Trainee

SABBATICAL OR TRAINEE AT SCHMIEDMANN?

One doesn’t exclude the other—at least not here at Schmiedmann. If you’re interested in being part of an international e-commerce company with a wide range of tasks, Schmiedmann’s trainee program is for you!

The trainee program will be tailored to your interests and qualifications. You will rotate through various departments within the company, gaining valuable experience to work in an international e-commerce environment. For example, you might start in the warehouse and then move to the sales department or our product department, working on product listings and maintaining close contact with our many international suppliers.

The trainee program consists of two practical training parts, where after one year, you will receive a certificate for completing the first part of Schmiedmann’s trainee program. If you perform well, you will be offered the opportunity to continue to the second part of the trainee program, which also lasts one year.

A Bit About You:

• You have a strong interest in cars
• You have completed an EUS5, EUD, HF, EUX, STX, HHX, HTX, or equivalent education
• You are good at building relationships
• You can maintain an overview in busy situations
• You speak and write Danish and English at a professional level (more languages are a plus)
• You have a good understanding of IT and can navigate multiple programs simultaneously
• You are flexible and finish your work, even if it occasionally takes an extra half hour

A Bit About the Company: Schmiedmann Odense A/S is a 28-year-old company specializing in international sales of BMW & MINI spare parts/equipment for passenger cars and BMW motorcycles. Schmiedmann consists of two Danish and six foreign branches, with the Odense branch serving as the central warehouse and concept development site for the other branches. We have about 30 employees in the Odense branch.
