The position

As an Executive Assistant to the CVP of Corporate Accounting and Senior Business Analyst, you will have a key role in driving strategic initiatives within Corporate Accounting. Among others, you will:

  • Act as a strategic sparring partner to the CVP of Corporate Accounting
  • Be part of Corporate Accounting’s leadership team and drive key decision and management processes including business plan, organisational development and financial processes
  • Prepare presentations and communication materials for various internal and external meetings
  • Plan and execute offsite and social events for Corporate Accounting
  • Drive strategic projects within Corporate Accounting and across Finance Operations  
  • Support the CVP and the leadership team with ad hoc tasks
  • Provide support with key processes across the SVP area

In addition to supporting Corporate Accounting management, you will be part of a management support team consisting of five employees providing executive and administrative support to the Finance Operations management team. You will report to the manager of business support team.

 

Qualifications

As a successful candidate, you hold an academic degree (M.Sc. or equivalent) and have at least 1-3 years of professional experience relevant for meeting the qualification requirements.

Other success criteria include:

  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills in working with senior management
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong IT skills and being an experienced user of MS Office applications
  • Fluency in spoken and written English

 

On a personal level, you possess a proactive and high-performing approach, along with strong interpersonal skills and an innovative, development, and customer-oriented mindset.

 

About the department

Finance Operations is a new SVP area in Finance, Legal & Global Solutions. Finance Operations consist of two CVP areas, Corporate Accounting and Corporate Tax. You will be part of the Management Support team within the Finance Operations SVP area, located at our headquarters. Our team is dedicated to driving and improving key management processes and deliverables, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across Finance Operations.
