As a leading destination for curated footwear and apparel, Rezet is looking for a self-driven and resourceful individual to join our team full-time. Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce and Marketing, you'll play a key role in managing and optimizing our online presence, driving sales, and enhancing the customer experience.
Has a strong understanding of ecommerce practices and solutions
Thrives on collaboration and works well across departments
Has minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Ecommerce Manager or a similar role
Establish a structure for accurate, engaging, and brand-aligned product listings
Work with developers to optimize user experience and conversion, etc.
Track, analyze, and report on site metrics, campaigns, and customer behavior
Manage budgets for online sales and marketing in alignment with commercial goals
Collaborate with the commercial marketing team to align product launches and promotions
Coordinate with Customer Care to ensure smooth operations for orders, returns, etc.

With responsibility and flexibility, you'll have a direct influence on the digital roadmap at Rezet. Initiative is key, and we highly value your insights and input as we shape the future of our online business. You’ll work independently on a range of tasks, giving you significant influence over your work and contributions to the Rezet community. We’re excited to bring someone on board who shares our passion for sneakers, innovation, and digital growth. We are looking to hire someone starting February 1st, 2025, but an earlier start date would be a bonus if the ideal candidate is found sooner.
