Ecommerce Manager (maternity cover) - Baum und Pferdgarten

We are looking for an experienced and performance driven Ecommerce Manager (maternity cover) to lead our digital development and grow our online business at the Baum und Pferdgarten HQ in Copenhagen.

The candidate will manage our digital team and oversee our daily e-com operations. The Ecommerce Manager will ensure our growth, online development and discover new digital opportunities. The position will report to our CEO.

KEY TASKS

• Responsible for all e-commerce activities and manage the e-commerce team
• Manage all developing projects related to e-commerce across brands and platforms
• Create digital strategy and secure growth
• Manage all paid digital marketing activities at strategy including SEO, SEM
• Budgeting and forecasting for all e-commerce platforms as well as P&L responsibility
• Buying for e-commerce platforms in close collaboration with our sales team
• Optimize channels by testing and ensuring performance, including UX and website optimization
• Analyzing and reporting on KPI’s
• Closely cooperate with our marketing team secure right use of content
• Manage the on-going development of the website to accelerate growth
• Manage digital agency to create traffic driving campaigns across all channels
• Analyze and oversee the growth of online customer database and support in develop and implement online customer acquisition and retention strategies
• Managing a team and push all digital projects forward
• Work closely with the communication and graphic team to ensure relevant content

CANDIDATE

• Min. 3 years of experience with e-commerce
• Comfortable juggling several platforms and brand universes
• Strong strategic abilities to build long team growth strategy
• A passion to stay up to date with new trends and technologies to create best in class operations
• Good understanding of the world of SEM, SEO, and Social Media Advertising
• Strong in stakeholder management and coordination with external digital partners
• Experience working with website design, UX and digital development
• Highly organized and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• You know how to set the agenda and take action
• Ideally experience with Shopify and Klaviyo
• Fluency in English
