The position
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for several tasks, including:
Help establish the foundation for our new 10kV installations
Supporting the M3 project with your electrical expertise to ensure a seamless transition from design to production readiness.
Establishing and maintaining electrical systems to maximize uptime and operational efficiency.
Diagnosing and resolving electrical issues promptly, particularly during the commissioning phase.
Collaborating with engineers and technicians in multidisciplinary projects to ensure project success.
You will contribute to the continuous improvement of electrical systems and processes, ensuring they align with operational and performance standards.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, it is required that you have:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, such as a certification as an electrical installer(El-installatør)
Relevant experience as an Electrical Engineer, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry or another regulated sector.
Proficiency in PLC programming and SCADA systems.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is an advantage.
Full professional proficiency in English for effective communication in a global environment.

You demonstrate precision, attention to detail, and excellent communication, conveying information clearly and professionally. You thrive under pressure, consistently delivering high-quality results, and have a proven track record of addressing complex technical challenges.
About the department
M3 Maintenance is a newly establish department, our job is to ensure production readiness. We consist of various disciplines such as Electric, mechanical and calibration. We play a big part in our API expansion projects and contribute with knowledge and knowhow to our stakeholders.
Working our way towards running the new facilities, our focus is design workshops, maintainability, quality assessments and sparepart strategies.
