Site Electrical Engineer – Industrial Projects |

We are hiring an experienced Site Electrical Engineer to oversee and ensure the quality, compliance, and execution of electrical works for a major industrial project in Rüdersdorf, Berlin.

About the Role

As a Site Electrical Engineer, you will ensure that all electrical systems are designed, installed, and commissioned according to project specifications and industry standards. You will collaborate with contractors, project managers, and engineering teams to drive project success from start to finish.

Key Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (mandatory)

✅ 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in industrial projects

✅ English proficiency required; German is highly valuable

✅ Strong understanding of power distribution, PLCs, and instrumentation

✅ Knowledge of electrical codes and IEC regulations

✅ Experience reviewing technical drawings, schematics, and specifications

✅ Familiarity with construction processes and site coordination

Your Responsibilities

🔹 Oversee electrical design, installation, and commissioning to ensure compliance

🔹 Work closely with mechanical, civil, and automation teams to align project execution

🔹 Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems

🔹 Resolve technical and installation challenges with contractors

🔹 Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations

🔹 Provide regular progress updates and mitigate project risks

Additional Details

📌 Location: Rüdersdorf, Berlin (on-site during execution phase)

✈️ Travel required during the engineering phase (potential work from Madrid or UK contractor offices)
