Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your precision-driven expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
You'll ensure the accuracy and reliability of our electrical tools through meticulous calibration, contributing to the excellence of our rail systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Quality Assurance, Engineering, Maintenance), conduct tool calibrations according to procedures and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of filling calibration certificates, creating interventions in our online database, but also identifying and communicating potential improvements in the calibration process.
We’ll look to you for:
Conducting precise tool calibrations within the electrical field according to established procedures
Diligently filling out calibration certificates
Efficiently creating and managing interventions in our online database
Proactively raising issues encountered during calibrations to the metrology leader
Identifying and proposing enhancements to the calibration process
Engaging in continuous improvement workgroups

A background in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Experience or understanding of electrical metrology/tools calibration, preferably in railway/automobility or a similar industry (e.g., Inclinometers, Oscilloscopes, Multimeters)
Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel)
Independent and rigorous work ethic
An innovative mindset and the ability to participate in workgroups for continuous improvement
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English at a technical level
