During the entire process from idea to commercial product release, you will specify, develop and test new electronic products used in the control system of 2-Stroke ship engines.
Our 2-stroke engines have a long service lifetime and we are committed to securing the producibility of our products. Product maintenance and continuous development is therefore an important part of the job.
Designing high reliability products is essential, so you will actively contribute to create the quality foundation by continuously improving our development process, design guidelines and test methodology.
It is important that you gain a solid system knowledge to understand the perspective of all stakeholders from software developers, FPGA developers, installation engineers, production engineers, purchasing, sales, service engineers and ship crew.
You will keep your specialist knowledge updated with the latest trends in the electronic industry and investigate how we can benefit from applying these in our products.

We are a well-established dedicated team of 10 R&D Hardware - and FPGA development engineers, 5 full time consultants and 2 student assistants.
In our team, we represent almost all technical areas of electronic hardware engineering.
That is analog circuits, sampling, filtering, Power supplies, Power Integrity, digital circuits, High speed, Signal Integrity, EMC, HALT, FPGA, VHDL, testbenches, Linting, Soft processors, Hard processors, digital bus interfaces, memory interfaces, timing analysis, Scripting, build, integration, automatic regression testing on hardware target, automatic regression simulation and PCB layout.
We work closely together with electronic production engineers, production test engineers, control software developers, embedded software developers, service - and installation engineers. So you will be part of a complete Automation and control team of more than 100 employees.
