Our customer in Herning is looking for a motivated individual with a solid understanding of mechanics to join their maintenance department.

About the Job:You’ll join the maintenance team, which works as a service department for the entire company. The work involves maintenance and troubleshooting across a wide range of production equipment, including CNC machines, robots, testing equipment, and especially casting machines with advanced controls.
The preferred PLC system is Allen Bradley, but Siemens and Wago are also in use. The company is also introducing IO-Link technology.
About You:Your ideal background is as an electrician, industrial electrician, automation technician, or someone with several years of experience in repairing automated production systems or similar equipment.
You are also:
• A skilled troubleshooter, and even better at solving challenges and issues
• Proficient in understanding mechanics
• Full of drive and initiative
• Flexible and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Great at teamwork and collaboration

• Organized and able to maintain an overview
It’s an advantage if you:
• Have experience with hydraulics and PLC systems or are eager to specialize in these areas
• Can perform electrical and mechanical repairs
• Are capable of maintaining PLC-controlled machinery
• Work in a structured, independent, and responsible way
• Enjoy working in a casual and dynamic environment as part of a young team
Working Hours:The company operates on a three-shift schedule.
For the maintenance team, we’re currently hiring for day and evening shifts, with the following hours:
• Day Shift: Monday to Thursday 06:00 – 13:35, Friday 06:00 – 14:20
• Evening Shift: Monday to Thursday 13:25 – 23:00
This position is based on the evening shift; however, the first few months of training will take place on the day shift. There may be an opportunity to switch shifts by agreement.
Salary:Salary and employment terms are negotiated individually based on qualifications and are covered by the Industrial Agreement.
