Endpoint Management Specialist

We are looking for a new colleague to join an exciting project with our client in the renewable industry. You will be a part of an agile organization structured into IT Product Lines (IPLs) - more specific, you will be a part of the "Digital Workplace" IT Product Line, Team “Endpoint Management” which manages the setup and operation of all their workplace devices.

  QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Previous experience as a Endpoint Management Specialist
• Experienced within the tasks of analyze and resolve a persistent PC performance issue
• Strong experience within Analyzing Existing Work
• Strong experience within Setting Up PC Performance Benchmark Testing
• Strong experience within Collaborating with Baseline Agent Owners
• Strong experience within Conducting a Comprehensive Environment Review
• Relevant educational background
• Professional level of English - both oral and written
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Analyzing Existing Work
• Review the analyze already performed on the PC performance issue
• Setting Up PC Performance Benchmark Testing
• Develop benchmark tests to assess the impact of each baseline agent in the current system image
• Conduct tests such as benchmarking, uninstalling an agent, performing a new benchmark, and repeating the process for other agents
• Collaborating with Baseline Agent Owners
• Work with the owners of baseline agents to explore performance improvement opportunities for each agent
• Conducting a Comprehensive Environment Review
• Perform a general review of the IT environment to identify both quick fixes and long-term performance improvement initiatives
• Conduct comprehensive data on the performance impact of each baseline agent
• Conduct a clear plan outlining actionable improvement points to enhance overall system performance
