You will play an important role in:

• Facilitate that risk assessments (HAZID/HAZOP/FMEA and risk related to personal safety) are made for new product development and associated products.
• Follow up with various stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and ongoing reviews to identify, asses and manage threats and opportunities.
• Participate and contribute to ongoing risk strategy development.
• Monitor incidents, participate in documenting and assessing safety aspects in connection with major accidents and near-miss accidents happening in service, in production or during test.

• Have a positive and inspiring attitude towards your tasks and your surroundings.
• Are a strong facilitator and moderator.
• Have solid communication skills and are good at creating relationships and building trust at different organizational levels.
• Can create an overview based on relevant details, that you keep updated in our systems.
• Have an engineering background. Lack of formal education can be compensated by relevant experience.
