As our Engineering Manager, you will lead a high-performing, distributed engineering team dedicated to advancing Siteimproves Marketing Technology products.
Your leadership will drive end-to-end development of robust, data-intensive solutions and immersive UI experiences that engage and inspire our users.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the performance, stability, and growth of key products while fostering engineering excellence.

What you will be doing
- Technical Strategy and Roadmap - Collaborate with the tech lead in shaping the vision and strategy for marketing performance products, ensuring alignment with business objectives, evolving digital marketing trends, and customer needs.
- End-to-End Delivery - Own the team's end-to-end delivery, ensuring timely execution of the development lifecycle from concept to launch while meeting business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner closely with Product Management, Product Design, Data Science, and Marketing teams to develop innovative features that drive measurable outcomes.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making- Leverage data insights to prioritize features and enhancements.
- Innovation - Explore new technologies and methodologies to keep the Marketing Performance platform at the forefront of industry trends.
What we will require of you
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of software engineering with 2+ years managing teams.
- Leading teams and delivering innovation.
- Analytical skills, using data to guide decisions.
- Good communication and leadership abilities.
What we will love about you
- Experience with IAC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
- Familiarity with SEO, Ads, or Digital Analytics
- Managing team in Marketing technology or data-driven SaaS platforms
- Understanding of machine learning applications in marketing, such as predictive analytics, customer segmentation, or campaign optimization.
Base pay will depend on the position, individual qualifications, market, and other operational business needs.
