The Position
As an Engineering Project Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders from different departments, including QC Processes, Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Your main responsibilities will include:
You will be working daily with a team of passionate project managers and subject matter experts and will report directly into the Project Manager of CQV and SRV.
The job is located at the Novo Nordisk in site Hillerød and at our engineering partners office in Allerød.

You have excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage risks and issues, and lead cross-functional project teams. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and you are able to work independently and take ownership of your work. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and you are able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You have a structural problem-solving mindset and a go-fix attitude.
About the department
You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 28,500 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of many decades from now. Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
