Engineering Project Manager - Future Quality Control Laboratory Expansion

The Position

As an Engineering Project Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders from different departments, including QC Processes, Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Understanding the requirements from different stakeholders in Novo Nordisk and ensuring the requirements are incorporated into the design.
• Coordinating the interface between end user and the engineers for different equipment and client deliverables.
• Leading cross-functional coordination between the engineers and the main contractor as the project progresses.
• Developing and executing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Managing project risks, issues and developing mitigation plans.
• Ensuring compliance with Novo Nordisk policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.

You will be working daily with a team of passionate project managers and subject matter experts and will report directly into the Project Manager of CQV and SRV.

The job is located at the Novo Nordisk in site Hillerød and at our engineering partners office in Allerød.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you should have:

• An academic degree within engineering or any other related field.
• 2+ years of experience in engineering design and/or construction of office/pharmaceutical factories and/or laboratories.
• Project management experience.
• Stakeholder management experience and great communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Project management degree as PMI or Prince2 etc would be considered as advantage.

You have excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage risks and issues, and lead cross-functional project teams. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and you are able to work independently and take ownership of your work. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and you are able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You have a structural problem-solving mindset and a go-fix attitude.

You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 28,500 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of many decades from now.
