We’re seeking a talented Enterprise Account Executive (Swedish speaking) to join our Sales team, selling into mid-market and enterprise accounts in Sweden through strategic pipeline generation and consultative selling.
The Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive for SE, you'll play a crucial role in Monta's global expansion, positioning us as the preferred software provider for the EV charging industry. You’ll be responsible for developing strategic accounts, engaging with C-level executives, and driving revenue through value-based, consultative selling.

Your Key Responsibilities - Some things you’ll be working on:
- Territory Management: Serve as the CEO of your SE territory, with autonomy in managing your day and executing your go-to-market strategy.
- New Business Development: Uncover and progress opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Customer Engagement: Advise customers on Monta's platform and solutions, addressing their business goals.
- Solution Selling: Leverage your expertise to solve customer challenges with Monta’s technology, increasing revenue.
- Pipeline Generation: Collaborate with SDR teams and build 30-40% of your pipeline yourself.
- End-to-End Sales: Lead the sales cycle, working closely with internal stakeholders and partners.
- Strategic Selling Frameworks: Use MEDDPICC to review deals and implement value-selling methodologies.
- Long-term Relationships: Maintain regular touchpoints with customers to build high-value, lasting relationships.
How You’ll Succeed - Your key outcomes will be:
- Achieve ARR Targets: Deliver on revenue goals while generating the right amount of activity for a strong pipeline.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work with SDR teams to strategize pipeline development and align with internal teams for successful sales cycles.
- Win Rate & Activity Metrics: Focus on closing deals efficiently and maintaining a healthy level of sales activity.
The Team
You’ll be joining a dynamic sales team, working closely with five Enterprise Sales Directors and one Commercial Sales Director.
Core Competencies Needed for This Role:
- Experienced Sales Professional: A seasoned Account Executive with a track record of selling to mid-market or enterprise accounts, and interacting with CxOs.
- Quota-Carrying Experience: Demonstrated success in working toward and exceeding sales targets.
- Resilient & Self-Motivated: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, driven to achieve and exceed targets.
- High EQ & Growth Mindset: Adaptable with strong emotional intelligence, and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
- Trusted Adviser: Capable of crafting a point of view, holding an opinion, and building credibility with customers.
- Sales Methodology & CRM Experience: Familiarity with sales frameworks like MEDDICC and proficiency with CRM tools.
- E-mobility Enthusiast: Curiosity and passion for the EV industry, eager to learn about Monta’s platform.
To do this, we imagine you to have the following experience:
- At least 5 years of mid-market/enterprise sales experience within Software or Saas Sales, with a demonstrated ability to develop and manage complex sales cycles and selling to C-level executives.
- You are ideally located in Copenhagen, Swedish speaking, or alternatively based in Stockholm with the ability to travel to Copenhagen monthly (experience depending).
- Can write and speak Swedish & English fluently (Bonus- if you speak any other Nordic language).
- Hunter mentality with the ability to drive outbound meetings and generate new business opportunities.
- Experience in value-based selling and sales frameworks such as MEDDICC.
- You have a business development and / or hyper growth startup background.
- You are comfortable with a modern tool stack, understand demand generation, and know how to leverage marketing.

What’s the salary range for this role?
The salary range for this role is 55.000 DKK/month (100% Commission, OTE: 110.000 DKK/monthly). Our offer will be based on the level of your experience.
