Environmental Monitoring Specialist

The position
As an EM Specialist, you will join a dynamic and driven team in our Environmental Monitoring Department. You will pave the way forward in accomplishing exciting and rewarding technical tasks in our clean room facilities. As part of the EM support team, you will work in close collaboration with 14 EM supporters and cooperate with stakeholders both internally and externally. We are a facility that are always looking for new and innovative solutions to optimise environmental monitoring where your knowledge and expertise will be essential in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our monitoring practices.

You will:

• Lead optimization for technical challenges. 
• Play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements and that we continuously maintain a high level of compliance. 
• Help set the direction within GMP and ensure that we are always ahead. 
• Play a key role in close cooperation with the other departments during ramp up and optimization of processes. 
• Actively participate in audits and inspections both from internal and external parties.

You will work with great independence and individual responsibility in the professional area, demonstrating proactive decision-making and accountability in daily tasks and project assignments.

Qualifications
You have:

• Scientific background as a chemical engineer, pharmacist, biologist or similar. 
• Minimum 6 years of experience within aseptic production processes, preferably within the microbiological field.
• Inspections experience required.
• You can communicate clearly in both Danish and English. 

As a person, you are goal-oriented, conscious of your responsibilities, and willing to lead both professionally and in cooperation with all professional groups in the department. You meet your deadlines, you are curious and not afraid to challenge, and you dare to take control and gain an overview, for example in cross-cutting projects or systematic problem solving.

About the department
Formulation & AP Support is part of a new formulation and filling factory in Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) in Hillerød. The factory delivers products to our patients both domestically and abroad. The department is responsible for delivering washed and sterilized capsules, plungers, tanks, formulating products, supplying steam, water and air to the other departments and finally to monitor the aseptic environment in production. You will be part of a committed department, consisting of operators, craftsmen and supporters, all working closely together across disciplines and other departments. The department is characterized by good team spirit in a busy environment, where we treat each other with respect. Our mantra is to make work easy for our colleagues.
