The Position
As an Environmental Monitoring Engineer, you will join a dynamic team in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) M2 Recovery department.
Our team collaborates daily with supporters, leaders, operators, and a variety of stakeholders.
The main tasks will be to:
• Design and maintain the environmental monitoring (EM) program in our GxP regulated facilities.
• Review, analyse, and report environmental monitoring data, while also setting requirements for gowning, flow of materials, behaviour, and cleaning/disinfection of controlled and classified areas.
• Document EM activities, develop training materials and perform operational training on EM behaviour.
• Implement and maintain regulatory requirements, while also designing cleanrooms and validating classified areas.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential environmental hazards and suggest mitigating actions.
Qualifications
The qualifications we value include having:
• A min. bachelor’s degree in bioanalysis, microbiology, chemical engineering, or a similar field.
• Experience in working with hygiene, in laboratory or preferably in environmental monitoring in a production area.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in GxP regulated facilities.
• Fluency in verbal and written Danish and English.
As a person, you have amazing stakeholder management skills, with great communication and collaboration skills. Having great analytical, problem-solving skills and being detail oriented is crucial in this role.
Being self-driven, able to make bold decisions, while staying open-minded and setting clear direction for stakeholders is the corner stone of this position.
About the Department
API M2 Recovery is part of Product Supply (PS) API Department. We are producing products for diabetics and obesity around the world. In M2 Recovery, you get approximately 230 competent and dedicated colleagues divided into 12 teams. The department is undergoing substantial remodelling and is therefore expanding.
