Job Position: Ermeto hydraulic worker

Ideal Candidate:

• Is able to build hydraulic piping systems (without isometric drawings);
• Is able to build welded piping systems in black and stainless steel, dimensions 1–
  8”, onboard a ship (without isometric drawings).

Job description:

• ”Design” and manufacture piping system, based on available input.
• Take measurements for pipings lengths onboard, including placement of bends and ”parallel bends” in piping clusters.
• Fit pipe mounts onboard.
• Cut pipes, chamfer pipe ends and create seats for seal rings.
• Bend pipes in bending machines (Transfluid MB 642 piston machine and Transfluid DB 2060R mandrel machine
• Select/pick the correct ermeto fittings in the open warehouse.)
• Assemble the system, observing straight and parallel piping, and a uniform di stance between pipes in clusters and parallel bends.
• Pressure testing.
• Copper piping, ø15-54mm. Fittings and joints are fitted with a handheld REMS
  press
• Watts/Blücher pipes, 2-3”
• Cut pipes.
• Select/pick the correct fittings/t-pieces/corners in the open warehouse.
• Assemble the system
• Tack-weld the full piping system onboard.
• Dismount. 

Technical drawing test will be held during online interview.
