ERP Business Consultant

We are looking for a new ERP Business Consultant at A. Espersen A/S – one of Europe’s leading private label producers in the frozen fish category.

In this role, you will play a key role in relation to further development, automation, optimization, and maintenance of our M3 Cloud solution across the Espersen Group. You will be part of a competent and highly dedicated small team where close collaboration with key stakeholders and M3 Cloud users is essential to succeed in this position, securing that utilization of our ERP Cloud platform is continuously optimized and that best practice and standard processes are embedded in the various business areas across the Group.
 

Some of your key responsibilities include:

• Gathering and analyzing stakeholder requirements
• Exploring and optimizing the M3 Cloud platform and other business applications to find best practice and find opportunities for automation where possible
• Supporting the organization by driving process improvements based on data and insights
• Implementing new functionalities, incl. ensuring documentation and support training sessions

Espersen has over the past 3 years been running M3 Cloud globally and has just successfully implemented the ERP solution in our newly acquired factory in Grimsby, UK.

As an ERP Business consultant, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the whole organization in both Denmark and our 6 other locations in Europe and Asia. Therefore, you should also expect 5-10% travel activities, primarily to Poland, Lithuania, and the UK.

WE imagine that you hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree within a relevant area, e.g., Finance or Supply Chain with knowledge of IT applications. You possess a strong personal drive, and you must have a sincere interest in optimizing processes through digitalization.

It is considered an advantage if you have experience working with ERP systems – ideally in an international company and/or M3/M3 Cloud, as this is this solution used in Espersen.

Further, you must possess strong communication skills and as a person, you come with a curious mindset and a “hands-on and can-do mindset”. You are a natural team player, proactive, creative and willing to learn.

Our corporate language is English, so we expect you to master this – both written and spoken.

You will be working from our headquarters in Kastrup and report to our Head of Group IT & Project Management Office, René Nielsen.
