ESG Compliance Manager at Hobbii

CSRD is here, and we’re looking for someone who knows how to get stuff done. You’ll be the backbone of our ESG compliance efforts – pulling in data , writing policies , and making sure everything runs like clockwork ⏳ when it’s time to publish our sustainability statement for 2025.

We’ve laid the groundwork:

• 3 years of carbon accounting ✅

• Double Materiality Assessment done ✅

• Fully implemented ESG reporting software ✅

Your experience

We care more about how you work than your specific background. That said, you’ll probably bring:

• Experience in finance, compliance, or ESG reporting (or any role that’s heavy on structure and data).

• Having other ESG/CSRD experience is a plus. 

• A knack for building processes and writing policies from scratch.

• Strong communication skills - you’re a pro at explaining complex ideas simply.

• Project management experience - you’ve handled cross-functional projects before.

• Fluency in English and a valid Danish working permit.
