As our HR Reward Coordinator, you will support the smooth operation of key HR processes across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy in payroll and compliance with local regulations. This role involves collaboration with HR teams, managers, and our UK-based Pay Service team, which handles the central outsourced payroll setup for Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. You will not be responsible for performing in-house payroll but will coordinate closely with the Pay Service team to ensure seamless payroll operations and data accuracy.
