In this role, you will manage both online and in-person events from conceptualizing the scope to completion and follow up, ensuring each one is unique and impactful.

About your new job
You will be responsible for executing all events and webinars that we host, leading the entire process from idea generation through to execution, including lead generation, in close collaboration with the business. You are data-driven and actively use insights from marketing initiatives to improve our future marketing and communication efforts in close collaboration with the rest of our Marketing and Communication Team.

Key responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience organising events, possess a strong commercial mindset and demonstrate a creative skillset within marketing and communication and believes that events are all about creating insightful and unique client experiences.

• Conceptualise, plan and execute events that align with our company’s objectives and strategy.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines and resources for events.
• Produce diverse marketing materials, including event invitations, presentations and creative design assets.
• Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and events, focusing on lead generation, conversion rates and ROI.
• Conduct post-event and project evaluations, providing recommendations for future initiatives.
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns promoting events, including e-mail marketing and social media, in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to develop effective marketing campaigns and ensure timely project delivery.
   

Your profile

• 4-6 years of experience in event planning, project management or marketing, with a proven track record of successful execution and impact.
• University degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Capable of leveraging data to drive informed decision-making and measure success of events and projects.
• Excel in creative and conceptualised thinking.
• Fluent in both Danish and English.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and data effectively to stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Work closely with internal team members and colleagues across other member firms to ensure alignment and leverage shared resources and expertise.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator is a plus.
