CBS International Office is looking for a new colleague for our ESP Coordinating team, to lead, operate and execute the Exchange Social Program alongside three fellow coordinators. You will be responsible for the planning and execution of the Exchange Social Program (ESP), as well as managing a team of approximately 40 student volunteers.
The ESP is a unique sociocultural program offered each semester by CBS to all inbound exchange students, approximately 700 students in the fall and 450-500 in the spring. The ESP consists of two introductory weeks prior to the semester start as well as other seasonal activities during the semester including two cultural weekend trips. The purpose of the program is to facilitate and ease the integration process of our inbound exchange students, to provide a platform for them to build a social network and to introduce them to Danish culture, Copenhagen, and CBS. You should expect to have peak periods at work in December-January and June-August while the job is less busy at other times of the year.
Apart from the two introductory weeks, the ESP Coordinating team is in charge of the social program offered during the Summer University Programme late June / early July.

Qualifications
We are looking for a committed colleague who can maintain control under pressure, accept responsibility, and work in an organized manner. It is important that you have the ability to work in a diverse team with a flat structure. You should possess an understanding of different cultures, as well as be service-minded. It is considered an advantage if you possess a general understanding of logistics alongside a sense of detail. Furthermore, it is beneficial if you have prior experience within leading, and motivating volunteers. It is a requirement that you can stay for more than two semesters.
Workload and Salary
The workload is set to be 10 hours weekly on an average. However, up to and during the two introduction weeks and the two weekend trips an extra workload should be expected. Employment will be according to the HK-organisationsaftale and Fællesoverenskomsten between the Ministry of Finance and Offentligt Ansatte Organisationer (OAO-S Fællesoverenskomsten). The minimum salary is DKK 140.57 per hour. Apart from this you may receive a supplement, depending on your work experience and how far you are in your studies.
