Your new role
As our new Executive Assistant, you will be able to bring your experience and your highly professional and thorough way of working into play. This role is very visible within the organisation and as such requires an Executive Assistant who is extremely proactive and approachable. As a trusted partner of senior executives, the maintenance of confidentiality and discretion at all times is essential.
You will work very closely with the CFO to make her day easier, while also expanding your internal network and gaining experience working with a C-level executive. You will be collaborating with the EA’s and PA’s of the other GEB members. This role offers an exciting task variety, a complex stakeholder landscape and the possibility to work at the interface between the CFO, the Board of Directors and the Group Executive Board. Highly autonomous with the willingness to developing knowledge across all business areas, you secure a smooth daily operation and keep the overview in busy times.
