Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Barista to join our café team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a clean and inviting café environment both for guests and colleges. If you have proper experience (min. 1/2 year as specialty coffee barista) and enjoy interacting with customers, we want to hear from you!

Job start:

Job start will preferably be March 2025

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to our recipes and standards.
• Greet customers, take orders, and provide recommendations in a friendly manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workstations.
• Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to provide the best customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous barista or café experience is a plus, but we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• A passion for coffee and a desire to learn about different brewing techniques.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
